Chapter PAP.7 LCO Ojibwe School - Waadookodaading Personnel Policies and Procedures of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians PreambleThis personnel policy and procedural manual is enacted pursuant to the inherent sovereign authority of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians in the implementation of Title XII, Chapter 3 of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code of Law (LCOTCL) – Employment Code and Title VII, Chapter 7 of the LCOTCL – Education Code. This personnel policy and procedural manual, outlines the general policies, rules and practices in effect for the LCO Ojibwe School – Waadookodaading and is intended to be a helpful reference during your employment with the School. The information contained herein is general information, and its contents do not create or constitute a contract between the LCO Ojibwe School – Waadookodaading and any employee. The Tribal Governing Board acting in its sovereign capacity may in its sole discretion amend this personnel policy and procedural manual from time to time.
