MCC.7.1.040 Establishment

The Individual Assistance Donations Program is hereby established as an approved program of the Tribe in accordance with the Tribe's General Welfare Exclusion law. The purpose of the Donations Program is to provide financial assistance to members of the Tribe to address the general welfare needs of members.
