MCC.7.1.030 Purpose

(a) The purpose of this ordinance is to provide the formal process by which a Tribal Member may receive a donation from the Tribe.

(b) This ordinance defines the duties and responsibilities of Individual Assistance Donations Committee, Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Governing Board, Lac Courte Oreilles Accounting Department, and other persons involved in the granting or denial of Donations.
