CTZ.2.4.060 Accountability

(a) All citizenship records must be accounted for at all times. Records can only be viewed during Citizenship Committee meetings and for official use only.

(b) Citizenship Committee members must respect the confidentiality of all Citizenship matters.

(c) The failure of Citizenship Committee members to comply with this section shall result in a recommendation of removal from the Committee in accordance with Section CTZ.2.3.010(j)(2) of this ordinance.
