CSV.2.9.200 Sale of Game Fish

(a)(1) The provisions of this section and Section CSV.2.9.210 shall not take effect until such time as the Tribal Governing Board specifically declares them to be effective by an enabling resolution.

(2) No member shall sell any game fish prior to the effective date as declared by the Tribal Governing Board pursuant to Section CSV.2.9.200(a)(1).

(b) At such time as the provisions of this section are declared effective pursuant to Section CSV.2.9.200(a)(1), no member shall sell to any person any game fish or part thereof lawfully harvested pursuant to this ordinance, except in accordance with the provisions of Section CSV.2.9.210 and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the enabling resolution of the Tribal Governing Board.

(c) Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to prohibit any member from selling to any person any fish lawfully harvested pursuant to this ordinance which is not a game fish.
