CSV.2.8.230 Sale of Small Game Authorized

(a) Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to prohibit any member from selling the carcass, or any part thereof, of any lawfully harvested small game animal to any person.

(b) The provisions of Section CSV.2.3.260 [Records of Commercial Transactions] shall not apply to the sale of the fur of any small game furbearing species.
