CSV.2.3.260 Records of Commercial Transactions Required

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, no member shall sell any protected wild animal or wild plant to any person unless the member maintains a written record made within 24 hours of all transactions on forms prescribed by the Tribe indicating the amount and type of resource involved in the transaction, the parties to the transaction, and the date of the transaction.

(b) Records maintained pursuant to the requirement of Section CSV.2.3.260(a) shall be forwarded monthly to the tribal conservation department, or its designee.
