CSV.2.8.130 Trapping on Certain Private Lands Prohibited

(a) No member shall place a trap on any privately-owned land.

(b) For the purposes of this section, "privately owned" means owned by a person or entity other than the Tribe, another signatory Tribe, or the State of Wisconsin or its political subdivisions, and includes the bed of any stream or flowage owned by such person or entity.
