CSV.2.5.060 Open Season

(a) There is no closed season for the harvest of wild rice on any body of water except for the following:

(1) Any body of water listed in the Commission document entitled Waters Regulated for Tribal Wild Rice Harvesting, as it may be amended from time to time, which is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth herein; and

(2) Any other body of water for which the Tribal Wild Rice Authority has established a closed season pursuant to Section CSV.2.5.010(c)(2).

(b) No member shall harvest or gather wild rice in any body of water for which there is a closed season pursuant to Section CSV.2.5.060(a), except during the time(s) as such body of water is posted open by the Tribal Wild Rice Authority pursuant to Section CSV.2.5.010(c)(1).
