CSV.2.5.030 Sale of Wild Rice Authorized

(a) Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to prohibit members from selling wild rice legally harvested pursuant to this ordinance.

(b) The provisions of Section CSV.2.3.260 [Records of Commercial Transactions Required] shall not apply to the sale of wild rice.
