CSV.2.13.060 Nests and Eggs

(a) No member shall harvest, take, needlessly destroy or possess the nest or eggs of any wild bird for which a closed season is established by this ordinance unless the member possesses a valid permit issued by the tribal conservation department which authorizes the activity in question.

(b) In issuing a permit pursuant to this section, the tribal conservation department may impose such conditions and requirements as it deems appropriate or necessary.
