CSV.2.12.120 Sale of Miscellaneous Forest Products Authorized

(a) Nothing contained in this ordinance shall be construed to prohibit members from selling any miscellaneous forest product, or any part thereof, lawfully harvested pursuant to this subchapter.

(b) The provisions of Section CSV.2.3.260 [Records of Commercial Transactions Required] shall not apply to the sale of any miscellaneous forest product, or part thereof, lawfully harvested pursuant to this subchapter.
