CSV.1.9.100 Designated Landings May Be Required

(a) In issuing spearing or netting permit pursuant to §§ Section CSV.1.9.060, Section CSV.1.9.070 or Section CSV.1.9.080 of this ordinance, the tribal conservation department may require permittees to use only designated landings for entering upon and exiting from a body of water.

(b) When so required, no member or duly authorized non-member shall enter upon or exit from a body of water except at such landings designated by the tribal conservation department pursuant to Section CSV.1.9.100(a).

(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section CSV.1.9.100(a) and (2), a member or duly authorized non-member may exit from a body of water at a location other than a designated landing when necessitated by weather conditions, considerations of personal safety or other appropriate circumstances.
