CSV.1.10.030 Number of Migratory Birds Available for Harvest

(a) There shall be no limits on the harvest of migratory birds.

(1) Notwithstanding, the Tribal Governing Board reserves the right to restrict the harvest of migratory birds in any way it deems necessary at any time. Restrictions may include but are not limited to specifying species specific daily bag limits and/or aggregate daily bag limits, specifying possession limits, or specifying the location where harvest is permitted.
