3 Reserved Powers

All rights and powers heretofore vested in the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin but not expressly referred to in this Constitution shall not be abridged by this Article, but may be exercised by the people of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin through the adoption of appropriate amendments to this Constitution and Bylaws.
