PAP.10.20.020 Property Inventory List

The Property Inventory List will include the following:

(a) Description of the property, new or used;

(b) Date of acquisition;

(c) Location of the property;

(d) Serial number, vehicle identification number, or other identifying number, if applicable;

(e) Acquisition cost or assigned value; and

(f) General condition of the property.
