MCC.7.1.070 Interpretation

The provisions of this ordinance:

(a) Shall be interpreted and applied as the minimum requirements applicable to the granting or denial of Donation requests made to the Tribal Governing Board and/or the Individual Assistance Donations Committee;

(b) Shall be liberally construed in favor of the Tribe; and

(c) Shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other tribal power or authority.
