ELE.2.1.090 Relation to Election Ordinance

The provisions of this ordinance shall govern the conduct of referendum elections. Referendum elections shall also be governed by the provisions of the Chapter ELE.1 of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code of Law – Election Ordinance, to the extent expressly provided in this ordinance and to the extent that the provisions of the Election Ordinance are not inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance.
