CTZ.2.4.030 Relinquishment

(a) The Citizenship Committee shall accept all written notices of relinquishment. Relinquishment shall be effective upon the Committee's receipt of such written notice unless the request is a conditional relinquishment pursuant to Section CTZ.1.7.020.

(b) The Citizenship Committee shall document the reasons for the relinquishment and the Chairperson of the Committee shall include relinquishments in his or her quarterly and annual reports to the Tribal Governing Board.
