CTZ.1.3.030 Appointment by Tribal Governing Board and Terms

Except as provided in Section CTZ.1.3.020 of this ordinance, within fourteen (14) days of Inauguration or appointment a Tribal Governing Board member shall appoint one person to the Citizenship (Enrollment) Committee who shall serve for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Tribal Governing Board member.
