CTZ.1.1.050 Interpretation

The provisions of this ordinance:

(a) Shall be interpreted and applied as minimum requirements applicable to enrollment with and citizenship (membership) in the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe;

(b) Shall be liberally construed in favor of the Tribe;
