CSV.2.8.150 Small Game Hunting Prohibited Methods

While hunting small game, no member shall:

(a) Use or possess any device designed or used for the purpose of driving rabbits out of their holes or dens;

(b) Use or possess any ferret; or

(c) Molest the nest or den of any squirrel.
