CSV.2.6.240 Transportation from a CWD Area

(a) No member shall transport the carcass of any deer killed within a tribally designated CWD Area except as described in the following comprehensive tribal document. That document may be amended from time to time, and is hereby adopted and incorporated in this ordinance as if fully set forth herein. No member shall fail to comply with the closures and other restrictions established by this document:

Tribal Disease Management Areas within the Wisconsin portion of the 1837 and 1842 Ceded Territories (Version 1: November 2012).
