CSV.2.12.050 Timber Harvesting Prohibition

(a) Except as specified in this ordinance, no member shall under authority of this ordinance cut down any live tree for any purposes or gather any salvage tree for the purposes of selling or causing to be sold all or part of it, or any product derived from it, as bolts, posts, logs, biomass, pulpwood, lumber, or other commercial timber resource.

(b) Except as specified in this ordinance, no member shall sell or cause to be sold under authority of this ordinance all or part of any tree, or any product derived from it, as bolts, posts, logs, biomass, pulpwood, lumber, or other commercial timber resource.
