CSV.2.10.160 Authorization for Emergency Closure

The Commission's Biological Services Director, or his or her designate, is hereby delegated the authority to close or temporarily suspend any season in any particular locale to tribal off-reservation migratory bird hunting provided:

(a) That a continuation of the season would impact significantly the migratory bird resource; and

(b) In the case of a temporary suspension, notice is provided to members of the date and time when the season may be resumed.
