CSV.1.10.060 Migratory Bird Harvest Information

(a) No member or duly authorized non-member who has harvested a migratory bird pursuant to this ordinance, shall fail or refuse to provide a harvest report, data, or such other relevant harvest information, as may be requested by a tribal conservation warden, tribal law enforcement officer or the tribal conservation department.

(b) No member or duly authorized non-member shall provide information to a tribal conservation warden, tribal law enforcement officer or the tribal conservation department which the member or duly authorized non-member knows, or has reason to know, is false or misleading.
